Help Document: Hover Integration for Zoho CRM
Overview
The Hover Integration for Zoho CRM allows you to create and manage Hover Jobs directly from Zoho CRM Deals. The extension also syncs Hover Users and Jobs into the CRM, and automatically pulls photos, measurements, and documents from Hover back into your CRM.
Key Features
1) Automatic creation of two new modules: Hover Users and Hover Jobs.
2) Auto-sync of all existing users and jobs from Hover.
3) Create new Hover Jobs directly from a Deal.
4) Automatic email notifications to job assignees with instructions and links.
5) Automatic syncing of photos, measurements, and documents into Zoho CRM Deal attachments.
Installation
1) Navigate to Zoho Marketplace.
2) Search for Hover Integration for Zoho CRM.
3) Click Install and complete the installation steps.
After installation:
- A Hover Users module is added.
- A Hover Jobs module is added.
- Both modules automatically fetch and sync your Hover data.
Using the Extension
1. Accessing Hover Jobs from a Deal
- Open any Deal in Zoho CRM.
- Click the Hover Portal button on the top-right.
- The Hover Portal opens in a new page showing:
- Existing Hover Jobs linked to this Deal.
An option to Create New Hover Job.
2. Creating a Hover Job
- In the Hover Portal, click Create Job.
Fill in the required details:
- User Information (assignee details).
- Job Details (project specifics).
- Click Submit.
After submission:
- A job is automatically created in Hover.
- The assignee receives an email notification with:
- Instructions to capture photos and measurements.
A direct link to the Hover job.
3. Syncing Back into Zoho CRM
Once the assignee completes the job in Hover (photos, measurements, documents uploaded):
- All files are automatically synced to the related Deal in Zoho CRM.
- Files can be found under the Attachments section of the Deal.
