Introduction
The Hover Integration for Zoho CRM extension helps you seamlessly connect your Hover account with Zoho CRM. With this integration, you can manage Hover Jobs and Users directly from Zoho CRM, link jobs to deals, and automatically sync photos, measurements, and documents from Hover into CRM.
1. Installation
- Go to Zoho Marketplace and search for Hover Integration for Zoho CRM.
- Click Install and follow the setup instructions.
- Once installed, two new modules will be added to your CRM automatically:
i)Hover Users
ii)Hover Jobs
These modules will auto-sync with Hover, fetching all existing jobs and users.
2. Hover Modules in CRM
Hover Users
- Stores all Hover users synced from your Hover account.
- Each user entry includes details such as name, email, and assigned jobs.
Hover Jobs
- Displays all jobs imported from Hover.
- Each job record contains job details, associated users, and linked CRM deals.
3. Creating a Hover Job from a Deal
- Open a Deal record in Zoho CRM.
- On the top-right, click the Hover Portal button.
- A new page will open, showing:
- All existing Hover Jobs linked to this Deal.
- An option to Create New Hover Job.
4. Adding a New Hover Job
- Click Create Job in the Hover Portal.
- Enter the required details:
- User Information (assignee’s details)
- Job Details (project specifics)
- Click Submit.
What Happens Next:
- A new job is created in Hover automatically.
- An email notification is sent to the job assignee, containing:
- A link to capture photos and measurements.
- Instructions for completing the inspection.
5. Syncing Hover Data Back to CRM
Once the assignee uploads photos, measurements, and documents to Hover:
- The data is automatically pulled into Zoho CRM.
- All attachments are stored under the Attachments section of the associated Deal.
