Introduction

This guide will walk you through the steps to install and use the "Restore Lead from Deal Accounts or Contacts" extension in Zoho CRM. This extension allows you to easily restore leads from the Deal, Accounts, or Contacts modules.

Step 1: Install the Extension

  1. Open Zoho CRM: Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
  2. Access Marketplace:
  • Navigate to the top-right corner and click on the "Marketplace" icon.
  • In the search bar, type "Restore Lead from Deal Accounts or Contacts".
  • Locate the extension from the search results and click on it.

3. Install Extension:

  • Click the "Install" button.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.

Step 2: Using the Extension

  1. Navigate to the Module:
  • Go to the module where you want to restore a lead (Deals, Accounts, or Contacts).

2. Locate the Restore Button:

  • Once the extension is installed, you will see a new button labeled "Restore Lead" in the module.

3. Restore a Lead:

  • Click on the "Restore Lead" button.
  • A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to select the lead you want to restore.
  • Select the lead and click "Restore".

Step 3: Confirmation and Verification

  1. Confirm Restoration:
  • A confirmation message will appear indicating that the lead has been successfully restored.

2. Verify Lead Restoration:

  • Navigate to the Leads module to verify that the lead has been restored.
  • Ensure that all the details are intact and the lead is correctly restored.
