API Integration
Connect your CRM seamlessly to your existing technology stack.
- Bilateral NDA protected
- 100% client code & IP ownership
- 2–4 week agile sprints
API Integration: key facts
- What it is
- Insyrge builds two-way integrations between your CRM and the rest of your stack (accounting, payments, e-signature, ERP, lead sources and legacy databases) through REST APIs and webhooks, with logging, retries and alerts.
- Who it is for
- Businesses that re-key data between their CRM and other systems; Teams relying on fragile no-code connectors that fail silently.
- Main deliverables
- Integration specification, Two-way sync, Inbound endpoints and webhooks, Error handling, Monitoring and logs.
- Works with
- Accounting, payments, e-signature, ERP, ad platforms, web forms and databases.
- How it starts
- A free 45-minute discovery call, then a written scope agreed before any build starts.
- Ownership
- You own the code, configuration and documentation. Ongoing support is optional.
Overview
How we approach API Integration
Connect your CRM seamlessly to your existing technology stack. We engineer fault-tolerant, bi-directional REST and GraphQL API integrations that ensure data flows smoothly between your CRM, financial software, payment gateways, and custom applications.
With built-in OAuth 2.0 security, webhook retry mechanisms, and rate-limit compliance, our integrations operate 24/7 with zero data loss or manual double handling.
Who it is for and the problems it solves
Who it is for
- Businesses that re-key data between their CRM and other systems
- Teams relying on fragile no-code connectors that fail silently
- Companies connecting a CRM to an ERP or a legacy database
Problems it solves
- The same customer or invoice is typed into two or three systems
- Connector tasks fail without anyone noticing until data is wrong
- Systems disagree about which record is correct
- API rate limits stop high-volume updates

The process
How an engagement runs
Scope and deliverables are agreed before any build starts.
- Step 01
Discovery
We review your goals, current setup and the tools involved.
- Step 02
Plan
Scope, deliverables and timeline agreed in writing before work starts.
- Step 03
Build and test
The solution is configured, checked against real scenarios.
- Step 04
Handover
Documentation and training so your team can run it day to day.
Typical timeline and what you receive at each phase
- Phase 01
Discovery call
Systems, data and the process the build must support.
- Phase 02
Specification
Mappings, screens or architecture, error handling and test cases in writing.
- Phase 03
Build and test
Delivered in sprints with automated and user acceptance testing.
- Phase 04
Deploy and hand over
Deployed to your accounts or infrastructure with source code and a runbook.
Durations depend on scope and are set in the written proposal. Build work runs in 2–4 week sprints.

Questions about API Integration
Still unsure? Email info@insyrge.com
What is a two-way CRM integration?
It keeps records in sync in both directions, so a change in either system updates the other, with rules for which system wins if both change.
Why not use a no-code connector?
No-code connectors suit simple, low-volume flows. Custom integrations make sense when you need complex mapping, high volume, strict error handling or control over where data goes.
How do you handle API rate limits?
By batching, queuing and pacing requests within each platform's limits, and using bulk APIs where available.
What happens when a sync fails?
The failure is logged with the payload, retried automatically where safe, and alerted if it keeps failing, so no record is silently lost.
Which system should be the source of truth?
We decide field by field: for example, the CRM owns contact details and the accounting system owns invoice status.
Do we own the integration code?
Yes. Source code, configuration and runbook are handed over.
How do we start?
A free 45-minute call to list the systems and data involved, then a written integration specification.
