Introduction

This guide explains how to install and use the Restore Lead from Deal, Accounts, or Contacts extension in Zoho CRM. This extension enables you to easily restore leads directly from the Deals, Accounts, or Contacts modules.

Step 1: Install the Extension

1. Open Zoho CRM

2. Access Marketplace

Go to the top-right corner of the CRM screen.
Click on the Marketplace icon.
In the search bar, type "Restore Lead from Deal Accounts or Contacts".
Find the extension from the search results and click on it.

3. Install the Extension

Click the Install button.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.

Step 2: Using the Extension

1. Navigate to the Relevant Module

Go to the module where you want to restore a lead:

Deals
Accounts
Contacts

2. Locate the Restore Button

Once the extension is installed, a new button named "Restore Lead" will appear in these modules.

3. Restore a Lead

Click the Restore Lead button.
A pop-up window will display available leads you can restore.
Select the desired lead.
Click Restore.

Step 3: Confirmation and Verification

1. Confirm Restoration

A confirmation message will notify you that the lead has been successfully restored.

2. Verify Lead Restoration

Navigate to the Leads module.
Confirm the restored lead is visible.
Check all details to ensure the lead information is intact.
