Users often enter phone numbers in different formats using symbols such as +, ., spaces, or other special characters. These inconsistencies can cause issues with telephony integrations, workflows, reporting, and data exports.
This extension works automatically in the background to detect and correct phone numbers entered in supported CRM modules. It removes unwanted characters and saves standardized values into separate Formatted custom fields—while keeping the original phone number unchanged for reference.
No manual action or user training is required. Once installed, the extension ensures consistent phone number formatting across Leads, Contacts, and Accounts.
