These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Phone & Mobile Number Auto Formatter extension (“Extension”) available on the Zoho Marketplace for Zoho CRM.
By installing or using this Extension, you (“User”, “Customer”, or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the Extension
The Phone & Mobile Number Auto Formatter extension automatically formats phone-related fields in Zoho CRM by removing special characters (such as +, ., spaces, and other non-numeric symbols) and storing standardized values in dedicated custom fields.
The Extension does not modify or delete the original phone number fields.
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid Zoho CRM account and appropriate administrative permissions to install and use this Extension. By using the Extension, you represent that you are authorized to do so on behalf of your organization.
3. Data Access & Usage
The Extension accesses only the fields required to perform phone number formatting.
No CRM data is stored outside your Zoho CRM organization.
The Extension processes data solely to format phone numbers within supported CRM modules.
The developer does not sell, share, or distribute customer data to third parties.
4. Data Accuracy & Responsibility
The Extension formats phone numbers based on predefined logic.
The developer does not guarantee the correctness, validity, or completeness of any phone number.
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data stored in Zoho CRM.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Extension only for lawful business purposes.
Ensure users understand the difference between original and formatted fields.
Maintain appropriate access control to sensitive CRM data.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Extension is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension.
The developer is not responsible for any data loss, system interruption, or business impact caused by incorrect configuration or misuse.
7. No Warranty
The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Compatibility with all third-party integrations
8. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
The developer may update, enhance, or modify the Extension to improve functionality or maintain compatibility with Zoho CRM.
There is no obligation to provide custom development unless separately agreed.
9. Changes to the Terms
The developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Extension after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
The developer may suspend or terminate access to the Extension if:
These Terms are violated.
The Extension is misused.
Required by law or Zoho Marketplace policies.
Users may uninstall the Extension at any time via Zoho CRM.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
