What does an AEO agency do?
An AEO agency makes your business the source AI assistants quote. Insyrge researches the questions your buyers ask, rewrites and adds answer-first pages, implements schema and crawler access, builds third-party citations, and measures mentions and citations per engine every month.
What is the difference between AEO, GEO and SEO?
SEO earns rankings in search results. AEO earns citations inside AI answers. GEO shapes how large language models describe and recommend your brand, including in answers that cite no links. They share foundations, so Insyrge runs them as one programme with separate measures.
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend us?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. AI answers vary by user, location, date and model version. We improve the signals engines rely on and report honestly on a fixed prompt panel.
How do you prove AEO is working?
Three layers: a monthly prompt panel showing mention rate, citation rate and share of answer per engine; AI referral traffic in analytics; and AI-sourced leads recorded in your CRM, so you can see pipeline, not just visibility.
Which industries and countries do you work with?
Any industry where buyers ask AI before they buy, with dedicated playbooks for finance, healthcare, SaaS, ecommerce, legal, professional services and more. We work worldwide in English, and in other languages where a native speaker writes or reviews the content.
What does the free AI visibility check include?
You give us your website, industry, markets and up to three competitors. We run a sample of buyer prompts across the major engines and send you what they said, which sources they cited and the biggest gaps.
How is AEO priced?
A fixed-fee diagnostic first, then a monthly programme sized by prompts tracked, pages produced, markets and languages, and off-site work. Tier names and scopes are on the pricing page; fees are quoted in writing.
Do we need to change our website platform?
No. We work on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HubSpot CMS, headless stacks and custom sites. Most of the work is content, schema and configuration.
How is AEO different from SEO and GEO?
SEO aims to rank pages in search results. AEO aims to get your business quoted inside AI-generated answers. GEO (generative engine optimization) is another name for much the same work. They share foundations such as crawlability and authority, so we run AEO alongside your SEO rather than instead of it.
Does FAQ schema still matter for AEO?
It no longer earns rich results for most sites in Google, but it still gives machines a clean question-and-answer structure. It helps only when the visible answer is good; we treat it as support, not strategy.
Should we block or allow AI crawlers?
If you want to be cited, allow the search and retrieval crawlers (OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Claude-SearchBot, Bingbot). Training crawlers such as GPTBot and Google-Extended are a separate business decision we help you make.
Does llms.txt help?
It is a proposed standard and cheap to add, but no major engine has confirmed it as a ranking or citation signal. We add it for completeness, not as a lever.
How many pages do we need?
Fewer than you think. Most wins come from rewriting the 10–30 pages that already target your highest-value questions, plus a handful of missing comparison and pricing-model pages.
Can you really attribute leads to ChatGPT?
Partly. Some engines pass a referrer, some do not, and some buyers read an answer and search for you later. We combine referrer data, form fields and a self-reported “where did you hear about us” answer to get a fair picture.
Still have a question? Ask us.
We run a sample of your buyer prompts across the major AI engines and send you what they say, who they cite and where you are missing.
