Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Google Address Auto Complete for Zoho CRM extension ("Extension"), developed by Insyrge Solutions. By installing or using this Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with all applicable laws and regulations.


2. Description of Service

The Extension enables users to search and auto-fill address fields in Zoho CRM using Google’s autocomplete functionality. It is designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in CRM data entry.


3. Use of the Extension

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Extension
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Extension in any way that disrupts or harms services


4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring accuracy of data entered into Zoho CRM
  • Verifying address details before saving

6. Data Handling & Privacy

The Extension does not store user data externally.

  • Address data is fetched from Google and saved directly in Zoho CRM
  • No personal or address data is retained outside your CRM environment

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Extension, including design, code, and documentation, are owned by Insyrge Solutions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension within Zoho CRM.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • We are not responsible for data inaccuracies from third-party services


9. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the Extension at any time to improve performance, security, or compatibility.

Continued use of the Extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • The Extension is discontinued

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease immediately.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
