One-Click PDF Export for Zoho CRM enables users to quickly generate professional, fully customizable PDFs directly from CRM records—without relying on mail merge templates.

The extension supports multiple CRM modules and provides a dynamic PDF builder where users can select fields, customize layout, branding, fonts, titles, and templates. PDFs can be downloaded instantly or automatically attached to CRM records.

How to Access the PDF Export  

1) Open any record in a supported module.

2) Click the PDF Export button on the top-right corner of the record.

3) You will be redirected to the Dynamic PDF Export page.

How to Use  

Exporting Records (Leads, Contacts, Deals, Accounts)  

1) Open a record in one of the supported modules.

2) Click PDF Export.

3) The PDF builder page opens with all available fields listed.

4) Select or deselect fields as needed.

Click Export PDF to download the PDF instantly.

Customizing Quotes  

Open a record in the Quotes module.

Click PDF Export.

1. Use the drag-and-drop builder to arrange fields.
2. Upload your company logo for branding.
3. Customize fonts, titles, and layout.
4. Click Save Template to reuse the layout in the future.
5. Click Export PDF to download the customized quotation.

Export Options  

At the top-right corner of the PDF builder page, two options are available:

Export PDF  

• Generates the PDF
• Downloads it directly to your computer

Export & Attach PDF  

• Generates the PDF
• Automatically attaches it to the CRM record under Attachments
