These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the One-Click PDF Export for Zoho CRM extension (“Extension”) available on the Zoho Marketplace for Zoho CRM.
By installing or using this Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the Extension
The One-Click PDF Export for Zoho CRM extension enables users to generate and export customizable PDF documents from supported CRM modules. The Extension allows users to select fields, apply branding, customize layouts, use templates (where applicable), and export PDFs or attach them to CRM records.
The Extension does not modify CRM record data.
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid Zoho CRM account and appropriate permissions to install and use this Extension. If you are installing the Extension on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
3. Use of the Extension
You agree to use the Extension:
- Only for lawful business purposes
- In compliance with Zoho Marketplace policies
- In accordance with applicable laws and regulations
You are responsible for ensuring that generated documents comply with your organization’s policies and legal requirements.
4. Data Access & Processing
- The Extension accesses only the CRM data required to generate PDF documents.
- All data processing occurs within Zoho CRM.
- The Extension does not store, transmit, or retain customer data outside Zoho CRM.
- The developer does not access or use customer data for any purpose other than providing the Extension’s functionality.
5. Data Accuracy
- The Extension generates PDFs based on CRM data available at the time of export.
- The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated documents.
- Users are responsible for reviewing PDFs before sharing or using them for business purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Extension, including its design, logic, and functionality, remain the property of the developer.
These Terms do not grant users ownership rights to the Extension.
7. No Warranty
The Extension is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted availability
- Compatibility with all third-party tools
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension.
- The developer is not responsible for data loss, incorrect document generation, or business decisions made based on generated PDFs.
9. Support & Maintenance
- Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
- The developer may update, modify, or enhance the Extension to improve performance or maintain compatibility with Zoho CRM.
- There is no obligation to provide custom features unless separately agreed.
10. Termination
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension if:
- These Terms are violated
- Required by law or Zoho Marketplace policies
Users may uninstall the Extension at any time via Zoho CRM.
11. Changes to the Terms
The developer may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
