1. Information We Access
The Extension accesses only the CRM data required to generate PDF documents, which may include:
- Record data from supported modules:
- Leads
- Contacts
- Deals
- Accounts
- Quotes
- Sales Orders
- Purchase Orders
- Invoices
Associated fields and subform data selected by the user
No additional data outside these records is accessed.
2. How the Information Is Used
The accessed information is used solely to:
- Generate PDF documents based on user-selected fields
- Apply formatting, layout, branding, and template preferences
- Download PDFs or attach them to CRM records upon user action
The Extension does not modify or delete CRM record data.
3. Data Storage
- All data processing occurs within Zoho CRM.
- The Extension does not store, cache, or back up customer data externally.
- Generated PDFs are stored only:
- On the user’s local system (if downloaded), or
In the CRM record’s Attachments section (if Export & Attach is used).
4. Data Sharing
- The developer does not sell, share, rent, or disclose customer data to third parties.
- No data is used for analytics, marketing, profiling, or tracking purposes.
5. Data Security
- The Extension follows Zoho Marketplace security and permission guidelines.
- Access to CRM data is limited to the permissions granted during installation.
- The developer does not retain customer data after processing.
6. User Control
- Administrators control access to the Extension using Zoho CRM profiles and permissions.
- Users decide which fields are included in generated PDFs.
- Users may uninstall the Extension at any time from Zoho CRM.
7. Data Retention
- The Extension does not retain CRM data.
- Any PDFs generated remain only where the user chooses to store them (local system or CRM attachments).
8. Compliance
This Extension is designed to support compliance with common data protection principles such as:

- User-controlled access
