These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hover Extension ("Extension"), developed to integrate Hover functionalities within Zoho CRM. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of the Extension

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Zoho CRM’s guidelines and Hover’s integration policies. You further agree not to:

  • Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Extension.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use the Extension in any manner that may harm, disrupt, or impair service performance.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accuracy of the data entered into Zoho CRM that interacts with the Extension.
  • Compliance with all data protection laws when transmitting data to and from Hover.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any account details or API credentials.

4. Third‑Party Services

The Extension connects with Hover’s platform. Use of Hover services is governed by Hover’s own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for:

  • Availability or performance of Hover’s APIs.
  • Changes made by Hover that may affect the functionality of the Extension.

5. Data Handling & Privacy

All data processed through the Extension follows our Privacy Policy. No personal data is stored locally by the Extension unless explicitly required for functionality. Data transmitted to Hover is subject to Hover’s privacy standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Extension, including source code, design, and documentation, are owned by the developer/company. Users are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Extension within Zoho CRM.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The developer/company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension.
  • No guarantee is provided regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.

8. Updates & Modifications

We may update or modify the Extension at any time to improve security, performance, or compatibility. Continued use of the Extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • The Extension is discontinued or unsupported.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the developer/company. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts within the same jurisdiction.
